Stealth Evangelism in Masbate
May 11-15

The Lord has blessed us with the 5th class of the year with 43 graduates whose lives will never be the same again after taking the class. The host pastor was the vision keeper and owner of Moriah Prayer Mountain and is also a Barangay Captain.

Travelling by land for more than 12 hours which is over 500 km and by ferry boat for 3 hours, Masbate City is the only city in Masbate Bicol region, it is at the crossroads of 2 island groups, Visayas and Luzon and is noted for its well protected seaport.

Winning over 1,400 souls to the Lord!

Despite the challenge of being isolated from the community because of its location, the new soul winners were very grateful on learning the new technique. They were all in general amazed on how their presentation faced little rejection and Muslims also received with not much struggle. The first timer on evangelism found the tool simple and easy to deliver that the young people were so fired up in winning souls that they made a vow to make it a lifestyle.
Pastora Mercy was proudly rejoicing that through us God confirmed her purpose on a selected spot in Moriah Prayer Mountain wherein for years the mark/signage for venue has been sitting idle on the ground but when she did the tour for us, it was only then she realized it need to be installed in that spot that say Mt. Sinai the veranda a place of covenant. Purpose: sending missionary.

Isaiah 52:7. God has indeed reminded her and others to be back in track of fulfilling the mandate of the Great Commission. During the awarding of certificates for completing the Stealth Evangelism Program, emotions are at its heights for they realized they are receiving the certificate that has eternal value, because along with it are the souls they won to the Lord. Souls that were once lost but now were found. And let me end this with “How beautiful on the mountains are the feet of those who bring good news.” Isaiah 52:7

Hallelujah Jesus!

“Yes, it’s worth it!”

This was a particularly difficult trip for our Dunamis Team. They traveled in our new ministry car for 12 hours and when they got to the port about 4:30am the ship had already departed so they sat in the car till 12 midnight that evening waiting on the next ferry boat to take them to Masbate Island, I felt so sorry for them, but that was all they could do. I had Pstra. Rose go along in my place. Rose has been with us on many trips to Mindanao and other islands as a teacher. She hadn’t been with us since the pandemic hit. Well, she’s quite the trooper and in spite of all the inconvenience she enjoyed the trip and getting to teach and see people transformed by the training. Sometimes, we go through things like that and at the end you ask yourself if it was worth it. Well, it’s always a resounding “Yes” from all of us. We trained 43 leaders and pastors and they won over 1,400 souls. They will never be the same and those that were saved will never be the same either. We love our job! Join us with your financial support to help us bring the Gospel to the world! We love you all, Tony and Calli

Mighty Soldier of God goes Home!

Raul Ramos, my buddy and partner in the ministry at one time, went to be with the Lord June 7th, 2022. He was 66 years old with a powerful heart for the Lord and His ministry. I met Raul in 1983 at Trinity Fellowship Church in Amarillo, Texas. During the service I saw him stand up for an invitation, but the Lord spoke to me that he had not yet received salvation, then he got up and went to the hallway of the Church. I followed him out and asked him some questions and determined that he was still lost, so I took him into a room just off the sanctuary and led him to the Lord and he was born again. We became immediate friends and grew close together for all those years. Raul and Mary Lou were married in a couple of weeks from that time and have been ministers of the Gospel and God’s love ever since. Raul and Mary Lou started ministering very shortly after he was born again. The Lord led him to attend bible college at Christ For The Nations in Dallas, Tx where he became an ordained minister. Later in 2005 Raul and Mary Lou came to the Philippines to help with our ministry and also affiliated with Bishop Chito Sanchez in Pasig City. Raul was a committed minister of the Lord with a heart filled with love for people. I know this, God loved Raul and used him to impact everyone that knew him. He’s my eternal buddy that I will miss until I see him in Glory!. If you knew Raul you loved Raul! He was the sweetest friend and passionate soldier of God! Mary Lou lost her best friend when Raul passed, I know she needs help now, so I ask all of you to do something to help her financially to make it through this time! These guys have sown their lives and finances to help others as long as they’ve been in the ministry of God, so please think about sending a financial thank you for a life well spent serving others to our friends Raul and Mary Lou Ramos. You can send contributions to Olive Tree Ministries, 409 E. Bonita Ave., Amarillo, Texas 79108
