Tony & Calli with Evelyn, our new friend and sister in the Lord! Meet one of the “Beautiful Souls” the Lord had shown to me! I mentioned in April’s newsletter (see the reprint below*) the Soul Mate Bible we salvaged from the fire that I placed in my purse. Well here is one of those beautiful souls I saw coming to the Lord through it! Her name is Evelyn. We met her when she advertised some furniture for sale on-line. (Tony and I are searching for bargains to refurnish the mission Center after the fire.) We not only purchased a few pieces of her furniture but more importantly were blessed to lead her to Jesus! She is such a precious lady. She was recently widowed when her husband passed away this January. So we all identified with each other in our grieving process. Just a couple of spoonsful of sugar to help the medicine go down! Grandkids, Miles and Bree were just what the doctor ordered.
