Dear Partners and Friends,

We are so sorry for having been so late with the February Newsletter! It’s been a great month with lots of productivity in training pastors and winning souls. Pictured below is our largest class (23 students) we’ve had since starting the trainer’s classes in December of 2008 (standing in front of our new van!)

We have always had classes of 15 or less because we only had one van to take them out on practicums. That may not seem like many pastors for these classes to you. But think about getting 23 pastors together in the US, putting them up in a beautiful facility for three days and nights and feeding them three meals plus two meriendas (snacks) each day. We furnish all materials and transportation. Think about what that would cost in the US. It’s not easy, and we have several staff members that make it happen two or three times each month. This last class made 628 presentations of the Gospel and won 1,162 souls to the Lord in their 4 two hour practicums.

It brings me great joy to tell you in December we acquired a 2000 Toyota Van with only 34,000 miles on it. It’s like a brand new 2000 model van! We’d been praying for an additional van for more than a year and God led us to it. Praise the Lord! Our old van has 96,000 miles on it. That is a lot of miles here in Manila with the constant stop and go traffic. We’ve taken good care of it, but it is beginning to show its wear. We purchased the “new” van for $7,600.00 which drained our cash flow again, but we needed it yesterday & thought it was too good of an opportunity to pass up. Everything we had looked at up until then was 2 or 3 times that amount. Friends the more pastors we can equip, the more souls that will be saved. With larger classes comes more expenses, but we must keep pushing to train as many as we can. Today is the Day of Salvation! When finances get tight, we pray, and put it in God’s hands because it’s His ministry not ours. He said that He would never put more on us than we can handle, amen? and that He will provide, amen? If you have not been a monthly supporter of the school, please pray and ask the Lord what He’d have you pledge or give to insure that we can continue to train more and more pastors every month. There are many things that we could do such as take mobile training teams to different Islands and locations that are many hours away from Manila, where the pastors don’t have the money to come here to be trained. We could even bus them here from some of those locations. We need more monthly support on a consistent level to be able to do this. If you’re a pastor and want to support a mission ministry, this is good ground to sow into. The souls of men and women are always good ground. What on earth is better than the souls of mankind?  Out of 7 Billion people, there are maybe 500 million Born Again Christians. Only 7 people out of 100 are saved. Most of the people you see daily on TV and in big stadiums of people are lost my friends. What can you do to help change this? We can do everything in our power to make a difference. You can make a difference by helping us equip the pastors across the planet to activate their members in one on one evangelism. We are working on the video training program right now, but it will take time and money to accomplish. It is a big undertaking. If you’re a business man or woman and you don’t have the time to go to the mission field and do these things yourself, you can be a huge impact by helping with the supply lines of missions like Dunamis International. Can you imagine what it’s like here, waiting on the ammunition and gasoline so we can go fight the good fight? Please hear our voice like never before, and get your sights up. Remember what the Lord said in John 4:35 "Do you not say, 'There are still four months and then comes the harvest'? Behold, I say to you, lift up your eyes and look at the fields, for they are already white for harvest! (NKJV).

We have our newsletters and testimonies posted under Ministries on the site for your review and convenience. Have your Pastor or Mission’s Director look through the website and ask them to come on board too. You may know a business man or woman who loves missions and would love to hear about what we are doing. Every month our impact grows. Right now there have been more than 5,000 people trained with the “Are You Born Again?” witnessing technique and it grows every single month by several hundred. Many of these people are winning a soul everyday and some more or less. The numbers are staggering and are a great place to sow seeds. One day when we all get to heaven, there will be people who come up to you and hug your neck thanking you for your help in getting them saved. Thank you for your continued prayers and support!
